At our restaurant, we prioritize quality and freshness, using locally sourced, clean-label ingredients in nearly every dish. Our chicken is Red Bird—non-GMO, hormone- and antibiotic-free—while our skirt steak is top-tier Black Angus beef, aged for 21 days for enhanced flavor. We also serve wild-caught Mahi, sustainable shrimp, and Raquelitas Tortillas chips, all crafted with premium, clean ingredients.

We focus on health-conscious cooking and handcrafted drinks. Our House Margarita features Arette Reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, and fresh lime juice, while all fruit-based drinks are made with freshly squeezed or muddled ingredients. We use high-quality oils like avocado and clarified butter for frying and offer Merf's hot sauces, known for their clean ingredients. Supporting local businesses and offering delicious, healthy food is at the heart of what we do, ensuring you can indulge confidently while meeting various dietary needs.
